PE Days

PE is on the following day and children must come to school in their PE kits:

MONDAY

Morning Drop-Off

Year 6 children need to enter school onto the playground and then enter through the door by The Nest at the bottom of our Year 6 stairs. Please note that children cannot enter through the Year 6 front door in the mornings.   

Home Time

• If you are collecting your child, please come to the Year 6 front door (to the left of the main office doors). Children being collected will not be dismissed from the playground.

   

• If you would like your child to meet you on the playground or to walk home on their own, please ensure you have given permission by contacting the school office or the Year 6 team.

Please make sure your child is aware of their home-time arrangements. Thank you for support in helping us keep home time safe and organised.

Homework

Your children will come home with 2 homework booklets (most will look like this but a few children will have 2 which look slightly different!). We will set homework every Friday and it is due back in the following Wednesday.  Prizes will be awarded termly for children that complete their homework on time each week.

Please ensure that your child reads at home regularly both independently and with an adult. If you have a device, then your child can log into Spelling Shed and Times Table Rock Stars (TTRS) and practise their weekly spellings and times tables. 10th October - There will be no homework set due to PGL next week and then half term the two weeks after. Please continue to use Spelling Shed (Mastery Zone) and also TTRS
